Zolo needed: Orlumbus help + Haki + Dai Sanzensekai sword technique to cut smaller stones than Amazon Lily mountain. Zolo uses Haki to clash with S-Hawk's sword, how S-Hawk has no Haki clown?

Mihawk's best sword attack on panel did 0 damage, not even paper cut on Teach's Haki.

DFless Teach scarred Shanks, Mihawk has no confirmed scar on Shanks yet.

He wont kill Shanks

He was already hyped by scarring Shanks before (something Mihawk failed), he doesn't need to do it twice.

Failed to take Boa s fruit

He went there to stop Marines from stealing Boa's fruit, and he did that, one-shotted Boa, he needed to save his stone men, instead he kidnapped Marines to be sure they aren't stealing Boa's fruit.

Failed to take Law s fruit

He destroyed Law's submarine and his crew, ended Law's pirate career, something 2 Admirals combined attack couldn't do in Marineford and beat 3 billion Law at the same time by not even using the stronger half of his crew. You ask too much from Oda LMAO.

Mihawk:
- Shanks rival
- destroyed Don entire armada and left him alive like a sick joke
- unknown if he scarred Shanks
- trolled Luffy and could have killed him at anytime during their battle
- forced Luffy to rely on multiple people to protect him from Mihawk even though he wasn't trying to kill Luffy
- oneshot Daz Bonez
- required diamond to be used as a defense to stop his nameless and hakiless attack
- proved WB was weaker
- beat Zoro with a pocket knife with holding back
- possess a higher bounty than his captain and 2 yonkos
- could have been captain and Yonko but turned it down because the title means nothing to him
- blocked Crocodile surprise stealth attack
- insulted Shanks in front of his entire crew without any consequences

I can go on and on. I can talk about Oda placing Mihawk above the combined power of 3 admirals. Champions sit at the top.
