Depends on what Oda wants to do. If he wants to hype the gorosei above Kaido (to create a new ceiling) having Luffy and Kizaru fight him together would be the perfect way. Also Saturn stated that he took purposely Bonney attack, and also can regenerate which is new in OP at this level. Imo it could happen.

Kaido did that every other chapter, he ate attack after attack with no visible damage but a powerful enough attack scarred him, Saturn has a big scar on his face so he can take damage, demon bs or not he's not going to eat big attacks like nothing.

Sure, one way or another he will be eventually defeated by somebody so there is at least a way to damage him, nobody is denying that. An easy speculation could be that he can't regenerate from big adv coc attacks just like Kaido took scars only from those (with swords).
