The plot is not about revenge, it's about Bonney being reunited with her father, Kumachi.
The revenge is actually secondary, I doubt that Bonney wants revenge more than to finally have a happy moment with her father.

Saturn will go down imo. Saturn is the villain of Kuma and Bonney's life, he served his role as a villain and has to make place for Garling to take over his position.

We don't disagree that he goes down, we disagree how. You think Luffy will have an all out 1v1 with him while I think he won't and he doesn't need too necessarily, especially not with the invading force now.

Saturn literally points out Bonney hasn't made the connection between Luffy and Nika yet. Bonney even points out she wants to tell her father about seeing Nika one day.

At most. Kuma will contribute to beating Saturn. But it simply makes more sense for the 2 of them to watch Nika defeat the man that killed Ginny.

The only fans eating good this arc is marine fans and that's coming from a Luffy fan.

Oda has made this shit frustrating to read considering how bad he's making the Strawhats looks just to give this fake tension

I think that if Saturn was Luffy's enemy in this arc, then Oda would have built the Luffy vs Saturn fight a little bit more. As someone said, Luffy doesn't even know who Saturn is, he doesn’t know what a gorosei means, he doesn’t know what he did to Kuma and Vegapunk, and we are already at the final stage of the arc with the ticking time bomb activating. That is like having the smile gas spreading or the bird cage activating while Luffy doesn’t know who Ceaser or Doflamingo were.

Either there's no major battle and the plot ends with the strawhats running away, or Luffy fights the enemy who he has a lot more build up with.
