Ray should already have maxed out Haki in canon so nothing changes for him and we know he is weaker then current BB.

WB is the weak link of team 1 because of his disease then its Rayleigh because hes old. But BM woul carry the team as their main threat.

Ray is 11 years older then her. The issue with BM was that despite her insane potential she is mentally stunted and cant use her gifted body well. Now that shes a genius, she will. And she has maxed out Hakis. Meaning way more lethal and destructive then the current BM. So I would say BM> Old Ray is a better scaling.

How? He has maxed out hakis so how is his CoO nerfed? Its likely the same. Also remember, he is a swordsman. He only recently got his fruit and was a pure swordsman before, and the government judged his sword skills to be so great that they gave him the Admiral position. So with his maxed out hakis and his sword skills he should be nothing to scoff at. Id have him beat old Rayleigh tbh because they have similar haki levels and id wager sword skills but Fuji is younger.

Sengoku has always been praised for his tactical mind and now has Doflamingo's fruit, that's a lot more scarier than a weaker Newgate with a logia. The tradeoff works in Sengoku's favor. One lost the gura, the other lost some none-impressive buddha fruit that couldn't even knock out Teach's subordinates.

Basically Rayleigh thoughout his old age would make him lose to Teach (implied high diff at least). This Teach can teleport but has lost the yami and the gura, and his new fruit has no offensive advantages. Rayleigh can actually take this.

Big Mom with Chopper's fruit... eh, without the rumble ball she has no random transformations, just human, human-human hybrid or human again. Against a top tier swordsman with the same level of haki mastery she has and the ability to enhance his own durability by becoming diamond.


Yoho takes it. His team is better.

Yeah tbh I don't have much of an issue with putting this BM over this Ray.

As for Fuji I agree that he was top tier swordsman before getting his DF (I have made this point a couple of times earlier). Thanks for clearing up the CoO thing. I can see this Fuji with Tier 5 haki equal to or even stronger than this Old Ray due to age.

I think the blades quality does come in play here, otherwise there would be no point in getting these swords.

Diamante's fruit isn't much of an advantage at tier 5... so that's more of a coin toss. I guess BM being close to Whitebeard's age and Fujitora being more than a decade younger will still do for an edge.
