For Starters
1. Luffy would be Black and a Trans
2. No males in the crew
3. Devil fruits change Gender
4. Haki would be Power of Hormones
5. Straight Males would not exist, of at all they do, they will be fodders incapable of CQC
6. Cringe group shots by Fat females like Alvida for no reason
7. Kids would be shown fighting for addictive gender changing drugs like Evil version of Punk Hazard kids
8. Ivankov would be a Yonko
