He got wifi-diffed by CoC a thousand miles away and stalled by a 300 mil berry bounty okama (yes he was restrained but it’s still bad look given the fighter tier difference). He is treated as the weakest Admiral for a good reason.
Add how the anime made King and Queen still not fully recovered and his portrayal sinks even further for agenda fans.

I would disagree, the most iconic shounen subverted this actually DBZ with kid buu for example being a screaming child, or Guy being stronger than Kakashi despite being the calmer/cool guy

Yet they were pictured with heavy bandages, there was not even an actual fight on panel but just GB piercing and sucking them. I agree ancient zoans should have great recovery but the point was that Oda needed them to somewhat hype GB at least a bit before what happened to him next (also they lost contrary to Luffy&co).
GB was not yet serious but the scabbards either were not going all out yet, Yamato as well. If they were in danger Luffy, Zoro etc. would have jumped in the fry.
She was calmly discussing the course of action while trapped, also she didn't even come remotely close to think to go hybrid.
Indeed, they were watching Momo and co fight GB without really caring because they sensed no danger for them (yet).
What people saw was Shanks wifi haki shock GB from dozens of kilometers away. Ok he knocked out some weak crew members who can not beat his haki, a bit like when he met WB with WB crew, had some veins, ok, but the portrait was clear and GB come out really bad from it. But in the end it is not GB who is really weak ( he did good with Weevil) but Shanks who is strong. Yet this intro, his very intro, turned GB into a meme.

Between Loro and Goofy, only one of them tried hard and used God mode vs the cat. Hint: It aint Loro.

I never understood or get why some people compare Aramaki to Big Mom or say he is the Big Mom of the Admirals.
Big Mom was always portrayed as a joke and a clown, she only had a few serious moments here and there, she is also way more goofy compared to Aramaki.
So far Aramaki is nothing like Big Mom and honestly he is way more impressive right now compared to her.
