Non binary people are people who don't identify in the normative man or woman gender norms. If you prefer, non binary people are kind of the center of the gender spectrum
- Men that adopt all the masculine norms are on one side
- Women that adopt all the feminine norms are on the other side
- Non binary people are in the center and can sometimes move or be more flexible on the gender spectrum depending on their expression like gender fluid
Those are the big three group of gender expression and people have various gender expression in between
You need to understand the difference between "gender expression" and "gender role".
- "Gender expression" are the person's behaviors associated with their gender expression (feminine/masculine/non binary) (exemple, wearing high heels and consider this an aspect of virility for a man)...
- "Gender roles" are the
expected expressions of the specificic man and women gender in our societies (for example, men are
expected to be strong and never cry and women are
expected to be quiet and soft)

No. those are parameter that all fascism have in common and that are needed for fascism to rise. But its more the "idea" of tradition that excite them.
Again, fascism will always have this notion.
In fact that's something that is perfectly illustrated in Story depicting fascism and especially Star Wars (In Andor specifically). You will see the executives both explaining how problematic the rebels are and at the same time explaining how they can be crushed by a simple finger because of their weakness.
But that's what Andor specifically recognize as the notion that makes fascism so weak as a system. Fascist and crypto fascist are so focused on maintaining the illusion of their strenght and their morality on a big scale that they will eventually underestimate their enemies and their will.
