Saturn stopped trying to fight after that punch and called the buster call instead, hes taken the back seat after he failed to accomplish anything after trying to fight himself, kizaru is now the threat that the strawhats are worried about, its "damn it kizaru" not "damn it saturn". Its kizaru thats ruining their plans. No one cares or is thinking about saturn right now.
Meanwhile oda has had the bbp ship lay low and now suddenly he finished the chapter with a climax of people coming to egghead and it inform kizaru urgently.

Now the main problem I see is Saturns honesty and actions forward.
Facts
- Saturns knows that he is compromised
- Devon can imitate him freely now
- No one but Saturn, van Auger and Devon knows that he is compromised unless there were surveillance cameras
What this means is that BBP can enter Mariejois freely unless Saturn comes clean and tells the Gorosei, Gods Knights and Imu what happened. If Saturn comes clean Imu would then have the following options
Imus possibilities
- Kill Saturn as he is compromised
- Banish Saturn until he kills Devon
- Allow Saturn back but he is to be contained in a sealed room with no den den mushi. Basically imprisoned until the problem is solved.
I really wonder what Saturn will do because Imu doesn't seem to be as forgiving as Doflamingo.

I think I can see a very convenient way for the plot to continue in both the WG's and BB's favor.
Everyone keeps expecting Devon to infiltrate Mariejois as Saturn and do sneaky biddings on BB's behalf. The disguise wouldn't work if Saturn died; and could be easily found out even if Saturn stayed alive.
But, I believe the best course of action is to have Saturn die here on Egghead.
The WG is all about image, facade, appearance. One of the top five leaders of the world dying out of the blue would be disastrous, as it would reveal that the WG can't even protect themselves, let aside their civilians.
So I expect Imu to not want to make Saturn's death public. But how to explain his disappearance whenever the five Gorosei need to appeare somewhere public all together?
This is where Laffitte steps in, in a scene mirroring his introduction at the Shichibukai meeting. Calmly materializing on a windowsill, then he suggested BB as a Shichibukai replacement; now, he'll suggest Devon as a Gorosei fill-in.
"We have someone who can be your Saturn whenever you need. All we ask in return is to recognize our territories as a kingdom of the WG."
And to sweeten the deal even more, the BBPs will return the Hero Marine live and well, so the WG's image is fully unblemished.
This will work as a cover-up for Saturn's death in the short run, and bite them in the ass in the long run as BB manipulates his way from inside Mariejois, culminating in him double-teaming IMU alongside Luffy.
