Always had a soft spot for White Chase, since Loguetown and his introduction in the smoke sauna. And the smoke bike was awesome.
Badass, not overpowered, smart enough to use his brain and send a middle finger to the top brass.
I like his dilemma of whether he should help the Strawhats or capture them.

Actually no, neither are in my top10 favorite. I had both as top 2 strongest but BM fell to r3 in Mihawk's favor.
