What does that have to do with what we are talking about?
You said King was a stronger Swordsman than Zoro. I said take away King's Lunarian genes and Zoro beats him in a straight Sword fight. The reason for that is because Zoro is a stronger Swordsman. Kings Lunarian genes does absolutely zero for his Swordsmanship. Zoro went into that fight already the stronger Swordsman. King was stronger overall because of his Lunarian genes. If you take King's sword away, he'd still have been just as hard to beat for Zoro whether he had it or not.
It's the same thing with Mr. 1, Ohm, and Pica. Zoro was already the stronger Swordsman going into every one of those fights. They were a challenge for him to beat because of other reasons.
The difference here is Lucci will wake up and be okay. Shanks ended Kidds career. He destroyed his past, present, future, dreams and crew. All in one hit. It was a show of strength sometimes it's needed.
Not really, he just needs to trade his remaining arm for an insane haki boost. If it's not enough, we can start going after the legs, but let's hope we don't get there considering his fighting style heavily relies on kicks.

Haki is part of a person's core strength, so it factors into the strength of the Swordsman, but it's not a swordsmanship technique. There is hundreds of characters who don't use swords and have haki.
Now if they actually have Sword techniques that rely on haki, then yes that's counts.
