I've currently got far more faith in Hara than Oda. Hara has had a couple of middling arcs in Gian and Hango. Oda has been arse ever since Fishman Island. 
Atleast Kingdom has such quality that the flaws stand out and make you pissed
One piece is such a joke and flawed to a degree that the good moments stand out.
OP with the Marines at the center can be legendary, we are about to witness that soon

Oda commits war crimes every other chapter, his manga is that awful. It’s a rare thing that OP is ever genuinely good. Though Egghead has been Oda’s best arc since Marineford.

If Oda wrote Hango:
-Shiryou would’ve neg diffed Jiaga and Kansaro while screaming about how she will return to Sou’Ou
-Denrimi would still be alive because “a man who supports Ousen Sama will not die of bloodloss”
-Deathbed Akou knocks Shibashou off his horse, passes out, somehow survives Hango
-Shin would’ve already defeated Riboku, Qin wins the battle
-At least four titty shots of Yotanwa and Kitari
If Oda wrote Hango:

Hara wanting to rush through another Qin defeat has backfired man. Had he paced it like he usually does, this arc would have been better. Ousen and two of his generals had a bad showing, SBS didn’t do much, Shin, Ouhon got nothing. This was a nothing arc and think Hara wrote it just to introduce SBS or else he would have skipped this event. Hope the next arc is serious and we are back to peak Kingdom.
If Kubo wrote Hango:
>Shibashou would need all 4 Qin Great Generals + Shouheikan just to temporarily stall him. Is worth about 80 Houkens in power.
> Shin finds out that he is part Xiongnu+Baiyue+Quanrong+Martian. This has no affect on the plot whatsoever.
> Kitari has a girl talk with Kyoukai while taking a bath, proceeds to pin Kai and dangle her dripping mammaries in front of Kai's face to soothe Kai of her self doubt in pursuing her love interest with Shin.
> Riboku cackles about keikaku as Futei, the long lost childhood friend of Karyo Ten that was an undercover Qin double agent, impales his gut but Riboku totally already knew 10 years in advance that he was going to do that and one shots Futei, who achieved nothing.
> Shin has a chapter long inner monologue with his pet demon Rankai, gets power up, proceeds to just spam the same named attack he has been yelling out since Dakan Plains. Is now worth about 60 Houkens in power.
> Everyone that's not Shin or a GG is a useless ornament.
> Every Zhao character dies and all their power gets absorbed by Shiba. Shiba gets his bullsensical special ability back the precise moment that the one person that could defeat him is whooping his arse. Is now worth 800 Houkens in power.
>Ouhon temporarily joins Shibashou on account of being part Zhao. His "betrayal" ends up being a meaningless subplot with no pay off.
> Shin gets whacked by Shibashou but Ouhon comes in with a throwing spear made out of special anti-Shibashou metal that pinpricks Shiba and allows Shin to one shot with a nameless attack.
> Next chapter suddenly leaps 10 years into the future after unification with zero context.
> Still don't know whether important characters like Yotanwa and Moubu are actually alive after their fights, will need to read a spinoff novel years later to find confirm their fate.
