Roger didn't have a empire and only had 30 ish members with most of those not even being noteworthy. Nobody goes after yonko but hot heads and they die without even seeing the yonko. If bb is pk Nobody going to think they can beat him beat that meant he over came 3 other empires and won. He can gather most pirates under him with the prospect of gamining more power and wealth as pk. I don't know dude. Most likely we will have either Teach or Buggy as pirate king before Nika becoming one (that's end of the series). I can totally see that happening. Maybe Teach even ally Nika against Imu at the end. Who knows.
