You guys are in for a shock then, im pretty confident Luka will dog walk these guys, if it goes 7 i'll be shocked. I think the Celtics have the better roster by far btw but I have doubts about Tatum.
Nah If Tatum underperforms then the Mavs are winning but I don’t think he will. I wouldn’t be shocked either way tho, unless it’s completely one sided in the Mavs favor.

You remember our bet in 2022? Just replace Steph with Luka, and there's your outcome. I don't think Tatum can hang with the absolute upper echelon (however it's possible he doesn't need to, he just needs to do enough and the superior talent around him can allow the W). Though I will say the experience of losing in that manner will have Celtics come out with a vengeance, and they have Jrue this time around.

I'm hoping Porzingis can make up for any bad games from Tatum. He was garbage in 22

Yeah, it wouldn't be shocking either way. Kyrie was pretty poor against them last time when he was in Nets. They don't have Smart anymore though.

Lets not forget Tatum is an elite defender too. He, as well as Brown, bullied another all-time great scorer, Kevin Durant.

I agree, Luka just gives that mega talented alpha unbeatable vibe.

Not really invested to be shocked tbh, Celtics should win it I picked them to win it since the season began but I prefer a dramatic Mavs victory in a close series. Either way it should be fun whoever wins.

There was a chance Brown would have walked in free agency the next year, now whatever happens they got him locked in. Barring any injuries and meeting Jimmy Buckets in the playoffs, they should get a ring if everything falls their way. They basically been knocking on the door for a while now.
Barring any major injuries or another Jimmy Buckets implosion , I see either the Celtics winning or the Nuggets repeating
Funny how it took exactly this for them to get to the Finals safely 😂 that first round would’ve been different with just one denominator lmao.
