Once again, oda gives a Luffy and Zoro a parallel.
Both order the groups of the remaining crew to set sail while they stay on the island for now. Couldn't find the other threat with the parallels unfortunately, if someone does, add this one pls.

Isn't it crazy how Lucci fought against Nika yet he refused to acknowledge Luffy as an emperor but sparring few minutes with Zoro is enough to make him do so.
That immense strength of an underling convinced him that Luffy is worthy of Yonko

It makes sense that Zoro wasn't in it though because he'd execute Perospero and Katakuri the second they stepped on the Sunny.
Oda can't have that. And as we now know he had to keep Zoro away from the Gorosei and Kizaru too. Zoro can barely interact with top tiers anymore, Oda specifically has Sanji do it because he knows he's the perfect meatshield. When Zoro is there, you can't catch him or the dead weight he's carrying no matter how strong you are (Big Mom failed to hit him with a surprise attack on the rooftop while he carried weakened Luffy), you can hardly ever win an exchange with him (Nusjuro Kaido and Issho couldn't), and hypetooling him is just a pipe dream at this point.
