They have been white washing Team Black and villifying team green since season 1, for example Aegon wasnt supposed to be a rapist. They sugarcoated the rape of Criston Cole by Rhaenyra, and this latest episode honestly was fucked up.
Alicent was supposed to be present when her grandchild was murdered, tied up and gagged. Watching in horror as Jahaerys gets decapitated.

From what I have heard, seen and read I am not impressed with this TV adaptation of the Dance of the Dragons.

It's obvious that they haven't truly learned the lessons about GOT disaster.

The episode is great, I just feel like the liberties they have taken may impact how certain characters are viewed. Its supposed to be a morally grey vs morally grey fight but right now they are white washing Team Black and demonizing Team Green lol.

Yeah I actually really liked the episode

The beginning with Cregan and Jace had my eyes glued to the screen

It was just so.... cool

They really decided to give 0 effort into trying to present these characters as morally grey lmao

Even the bad stuff the Blacks do is presented as a necessity because the Greens pushed them to it
Anything the Greens do is vile, perverted, or incompetent

Not even talking about Blood and Cheese btw, that's another can of worms

If you're gonna present a very biased outlook on the war then just have Mushroom narate the series lol

Yea but who cares , We have been watching it from the point of view of Queen rhaenyra.
Rhaenyra is the rightful heir. No matter what Team Green says, they will always be in the wrong. King Viserys never proclaimed Aegon to be heir. The fact that the greens did not like his answer therefore proceeded to usurped the throne makes me dislike them more.

Also The rogue prince was the focus of half of the season , the wild card lmao.
