Speculations Who is the current World's Strongest Pirate?

For me, the World is like a Ship, it has it's own Crew just like Straw Hats
However, instead of looking at Best Cook or Best Helmsman or Best Musician ... etc
Instead look for those who represent Closest to SHs Dreams
Mihawk represents World Zoro, because his Swordsmanship is Closest Example to what Zoro gonna achieve at the End
Big Mom represents World Sanji, because her Totto Land is Closest Example to Sanji's All Blue
Vegapunk represents World Franky...
Shirahoshi represents World Jinbe...
Leader of Elbaf represents World Usopp...
For example, you will soon discover there is already Someone who Drew a World Map, but it's Inferior Version to what Nami gonna make EOS
... etc
Based on this, i believe Strongest & Greatest Pirate in OP Currently and possibly all time is the Man who represents World Luffy, meaning since Chapter 1, He already achieved an Inferior Version of Luffy's Dream (Not PK, his Real Secret Dream), and i believe that's Sea God, someone who most Pirates would follow if He ever decided to say "Hi"
And i'm not gonna bother mention all Speculations & Theories, but just check God's Valley Incident & you'd realize that there is something that all Pirates value regardless of which Crew or Faction They follow, it's like their Religion, a Pirate God, someone like Davy Jones
So imo Strongest Pirate is not Introduced yet, but He was pulling the Strings from very beginning, and if you want an example of Pirates who follow such Man, don't look further than Blackbeard Pirates, They literally won't shut up about "Fate", you think They are Muslims or Jewish or Christians? Ofc not, They are referring to their Pirate God
Don't be surprised if Blackbeard is Jango of the Story who is preparing everything for his Kuro, the Hidden Actual Strongest Pirate.

Luffy could be the strongest if Blackbeard did not have the ability to whack him out of G5 with a touch of his hand.
Yami shuts off all of Luffys Nika powers and his resillience to blunt force attacks and the Gura does him in.
Blackbeard counters so hard its not even funny anymore.
Luffys only chance to efficiently fight Blackbeard is haki. While Luffys haki has become insane it will still not be enough to beat Blackbeard.
Luffys entire style is heavily depending on his fruit powers. Disabling them would require Luffy to readjust and this give Blackbeard a clear advantage. No G2, no stretching. No nothing. Luffy is not going to cover that easily. Especially the lack of G2 and the loss in agility and speed will be his weakness.
Jokes aside, Buggy is not even beating Bellamy.

1st - World's Strongest Pirate is a title granted to the leader of the strongest pirate Empire, not to a guy who is strongest in 1vs1.
Both WSM and WSC who were called WSP as well already had superior 1vs1 titles so WSP can only refer to organization.

Sounds like it's close vs old Rayleigh and Shanks is prime Rayleigh and more. After all, Haki conquers everything, Hakiman>DFmerchant.

That's not the case, powers are nullified only when he is directly touching him and they wont spend a fight with Blackbeard's hand perma-glued to Luffy... In fact, it will be quite difficult to negate Luffy's powers due to haki barriers but I am sure Blackbeard will manage to tag him directly couple of times and follow up with Gura as dessert to let Luffy know how it feels when immunity is off.
Also, I am not underestimating Buggy, his talent for falling upwards could result in him getting the strongest organization and thus WSP...

1st - Possible but I don't really see any advantage, you could make an argument for all 4 to be WSP now...
2nd - I think you are jumping the gun here... Blackbeard is way too sloppy to compete with a swordsman of Shanks' caliber. Certainly, the plot can allow Blackbeard to do whatever it requires him to do but realistically, the guy who gets hit in the face by everyone is not going to fare well against people capable of one-shotting him... Rayleigh thinks he wouldn't win due to old age, Shanks doesn't have that problem.
3rd - I don't think Yami works like Venom where by touching him you harm yourself/cancel your own powers. Afaik it is a specific ability that Blackbeard has to actively use to negate powers of others but I could be wrong, been a while since I checked that out... Certainly, the barriers don't prevent grabbing but it will not be so easy to negate powers. Negating DF attacks will probably happen all the time tho.
I think you are underestimating Buggy big time.
He is a sillier and weaker version of Luffy but strength is not the reason why they command anyone. They are silly, stupid but charismatic big dreamers and powerful people like Zoro/Mihawk simply get caught into that vortex and are eventually swayed ending up helping them... Not a Mihawk wank disguise, he isn't even qualified for WSP title due to not actively assuming leadership of CG.
While they beat Buggy up and tell him NO, the fool does it anyway and the masses simply propel him forwards and Croc/Mihawk cant do anything about it... We already saw this when he declared they are going after One Piece. Mihawk and Croc didn't want it but they were pushed into it...

Its obviously hyperbole when I say that he mogs him. I still give the victory to Blackbeard for the fact alone that his power ups and achievements are tangible and we got to see the results of them first hand. There is very clear build up for his power.
Shanks only redeeming factor is being runners up for WSS. Not that I believe so, but theoretically WSS could be half as strong as the current actual WSM and still be the WSS. It only gives a direct relation between swordsmen, but not with anyone else. Which means that Mihawk titel and Shanks rivel with him give no further clue about whether or not he can take on Blackbeard.
Blackbeard gets hit in the face and gets up again. A rage fuelled Gura punch to the face was not enough to put him down.
You know that I consider MF WB way weaker than his prime self. Which makes BBs feat here less impressive. Its still very much impressive to brush that attack off and keep going. We saw what it did to Akainu.
I doubt Shanks is capable of one shotting Blackbeard. He was shown to be tough. Sloppy, but tough.
I am not sure what will happen if BB makes contact with Luffy even slightly. Awakening means that the character is tuned into their devil fruit. Even a slight interference may be enough to break G5.
