I already mentioned that, i don't think Dragon is a DF User anymore
Why would Oda hide such a Fruit for Decades?
He revealed DFs of every single Character from Pre-TS (Admirals, Warlords, Sengoku/Tsuru, WB, Ace, Magellan/Enel ... etc)
Why still hide Dragon's DF? Wind isn't something that stand out from all those crazy DFs we seen so far

Imo Oda is hiding it cuz the source of that power isn't DFs, Dragon is just a Shaman who gained access to the wind.
I believe if Someone is very powerful, they can make their Haoshoku Haki mix with the air & they can control the wind & also the weather.
Everything i've seen so far in Grand Line suggests that the Weather is Man-Controlled not Natural

Only Two Top Tiers that SHs encountered in East Blue were Mihawk & Dragon, One looks Religious & other looks like a Shaman.
And both were heavily associated with Storms & thousand Chapters later, They are only two without any Power Reveal, this isn't coincidence

Mihawk & Dragon probably are related to Sea God or something, their Threat doesn't come from Simple Training or Powerful Haki.
Even Luffy's Attacks are named after all sorts of weapons & tools, yet his Most Powerful Technique is "Storm"
So Luffy's Fighting Style already reveals that Peak Power is "Storms"
And Law threatened Doffy by saying "D. will bring another Storm"

And Dorry/Brogy did mention before in Little Garden Arc that "God of Elbaf" (Whose Name is also Elbaf) grants Divine Protection to whoever He wishes to Win, so the concept does exist since first arcs

And literally in next Arc, Crocodile was like: "I stabbed you, buried you, turned you into a mummy, poisoned you & yet you can still Fight, how?!". How was Luffy able to come back from a Deadly Poison even though we literally saw him unable to even move because of it, and conveniently he uses an Attack called "Storm"

Someone has most Powerful Haki in OPVerse that is Global & Mihawk/Dragon have favors with this guy.

Yeah, good point, several powerful characters have, one way or another, been associated with weather and storm. This includes Mihawk, Dragon and Roger too, as it was said that they were "saved" by a storm when facing Shiki. We also saw how the clear sky suddenly became dark and cloudy, as Shanks and Whitebeard were arguing, indicating the tension. While I think influencing the weather is a thing, I am not sure it results in such precise control over it, especially in Dragon's case, who can direct lightning and create wind blasts. Dragon was also seen suddenly appearing at his ship carrying Sabo, having a trail of wind coming off his body, which reminds one more of a logia.

Kaidou is an incredibly intelligent monster... Having Wano as his territory and natural fortress is a masterstroke, not only because it is a natural fortress but also because he was literally aiming to conquer an army feared by the Marines (the Samurai). Although the honor of the Samurai was very rigid and most refused to serve under Kaidou and Orochi’s reign, Kaidou still had the Samurai who served Orochi, which means he conquered and made some of the Samurai serve him. He never stopped trying to break the spirit of the Samurai who refused to serve him, as shown by the fact that Kaidou kept 3 Great Samurai in captivity (including Ushimaru). Wano being a special country even made Big Mom consider if the One Piece might be there. Kaidou had everything planned, including obtaining the Ancient Weapons to instill terror and fear in humanity, which has been recently proven, as the firing of an the Ancient Weapon raised the sea level and could flood several countries, nations, truly frightening this would literally cause fear, and make them Kaidou's hostage, and Kaidou apparently knew all of this).

There is more to complete about him, but the guy was a monster, very intelligent, truly the king of wisdom.

Ive been swimming since I was a Kid so I know how to deal with current, dont fight it and basically wait for waves to help you get out but it was still scary and I was mad upset I love my airboat lol.

I know they look ridiculous.

But.

Don't underestimate the power of floaties. Even a small non-submersible object directly connected to you can make a huge difference. When you're in that much violet water, going "up" is kind of hard, and just having the floatation element makes your body able to realize where to swim, too.

Glad you're okay. I love water, but damn can it be dangerous. Looks like the ocean likes you a lot!

Edit: When Dragon ignores his friends and child being attacked by demonic Youkai monsters, and instead pulls up to try to take Fuji out with a random localized storm.
