Kizaru didn't went all out. At the very least he has yet to showcase his final strongest attack and yet to be defeated completely like most villains are.
But the mental Nerf thing is so stupid. Also unlikely that luffy will be the one to fight and beat Kizaru again. It will be Zoro/Sanji if Kizaru appears as an antagonist again.

To be fair, it's the entire scenario.
Kizaru had conflicts about killing vegapunk, and Luffy was the only one in the way at the time.
Everything Kizaru was doing, from fighting Sentomaru to fighting Luffy, was to eventually kill vegapunk.
It's reasonable to argue that he couldn't perform at his best the entire duration, due to his mental state and conflict.

Nah I have Kuzan below Kizaru, both were nerfed from going all out but Kizaru's feats suggest Kuzan isn't keeping up. I need to see awakening from Kuzan moreso than Kizaru.
Like rn there's little to no arguing that Luffy loses to Kizaru, I can't see Luffy losing to the version of Kuzan we witnessed. Kizaru's speed is nuts.
I think G4 vs Kuzan would be super competitive, not so much against Kizaru.

I'm tryna give Luffy respect here and say this was a Kizaru exclusive thing, because his speed's just too busted to deal with. Meaning Luffy can actually beat other Admirals, we need to look at Kizaru as 1:1. But you're suggesting clowning G4, and outlasting G5 while unfocused is the mark of the weakest??
