Character Discussion Is anyone else getting Tried of the lack of Training and initiative?

We are at the Final Stretch and most of the crew doesn't seem ready for it. Only the Top Four are able to hold their own against the top tiers. And I don't think that is going to change. Because the Strawhats don't training or take the initiative to get stronger.

Not every member needs to be heavy hitters we saw in Wano that the rest of the crew can hold their own, hell in Egghead we saw Franky literally one tap a vice admiral

Do they still have room to improve yes of course each of them can work on something but we don't need to stop and have a whole training session

They'll get stronger as they fight stronger opponents and progress

But the entire crew doesn't need to be top tier monsters

Two years for 30+ yr vets is not nearly enough. Luffy couldn’t fight a top tier after that.

lol 2y was the alloted time rayleigh needed to train Luffy in the basis of haki with the blueprint to bloom and expand on that, the crew gets stronger after each battle cause they gain experience asses their own power levels and make adjustments to continue fighting alongside luffy.

They don't need it, Blackbeard's crew is also made up of fodders to the point that Shiryu is a weakling compared to old Garp. Also in the final battle they will have help from people like Dragon, Sabo and half of the characters in this manga.

I’d be ok with five where we saw them training. Luffy needs to get rid of his drawbacks and master haki and the rest need to be able to fight commanders solo at least.

Depends on the strength of the haki. Haki could make anyone top tier.

Because their jobs are as navigator, doctor, shipwright, and so forth.

They’re never going to be the ones who are in the vital fights, their roles are more prominent outside of the battles. That’s why the Monster Trio exists is so they can clear the problematic enemies.
