And nah oda isn’t going to give each emperor their own dedicated solo arc just to them. Any arc they do get is going to be combined with more groups and antagonist than them

I feel it’s easy to reconnect cross guild with the red haired pirates even if they lose. Shanks likes them specifically buggy and him reaching a hand out to him asking if he want to go to laugh tale with him seems pretty fitting imo

I think cross guild and the marines specifically akainu’s group will share an arc
Again where at the point where no single organization is getting a whole arc all to themselves. Well unless it’s really short

Thats what I mean though, I cant even see this level of compromise. The issue with all of this is the story has specifically set up all of these factions fighting over One Piece at the same time. I cant see CG and Marines specifically having an isolated arc from the rest, for the same reasons I cant see Blackbeard and Shanks getting that same treatment.

I usually post this list to explain my point why its tough to not include any of these people in the same arc:

- Blackbeard and Shanks have a past
- Shanks and Buggy have a past
- Shanks and Mihawk have a past
- Shanks and Luffy have a past
- Ryokugyuu has stated they (as in the Marines) intend to fight the RHP later
- Blackbeard has Garp, which means that will drive forward Marine retaliation eventually
- Akainu and Kuzan have history and unexplored resolution to their characters
- Smoker and Kuzan have the same story
- Koby and Kuzan/Garp
- Koby and Luffy
- Zoro/Mihawk
- Usopp/Yasopp
- Virtually any Blackbeard matchup to Luffy's crew
- Shanks to the SHF (paying off this chapter, which is an escalation of conflict)


The list goes on. If Oda has any normal intent to resolve all of these relationships and storylines with each, then it stands reason to assume these factions must all be tied to the same arc.

And If you want to include the Revolutionaries and maybe the WG in this mix (Though Imo this is probably a separate conflict).

- Akainu and Dragon are implied to have history being the same age, Dragon beinf a former marine, and Akainu never calling Luffy anything but "Dragon's Son" lol
- Dragon and Garp have unexplored history
- Imu's disdain for Blackbeard and Luffy (and somehow not Shanks who can just stroll into Mariejoa)
- Dragon, Sabo and possibly Garling


And before this is written off, this is reason number 1 why BM was included in Wano. Their Rocks history is what allowed her to stay relevant with Kaido.

This is the same logic I used to guess Egghead and its characters before Egghead became a thing. It was clear Bonney and Kuma had a relationship to Vegapunk. It was also clear Sentoumaru and Kizaru did too.

This is what I mean, I personally think post Elbaf, we have 2-3 arcs left max. There isnt really space for things to split up anymore.

- Lodestar being this big Poneglyph War
- Laugh Tale taking which any surviving factions above (Luffy vs Blackbeard or Shanks) and giving them one last fight there
- Possibly a final arc at Mariejoa with the WG if they arent handled prior to this.

The stawhats moving doesn’t stop the other organizations from clashing and facing each other

At the end of the day the strawhats can’t face Blackbeard, shanks, buggy, imu, akainu, etc all at once. There’s going to need to be some separation and time in between even for the strawhats.
Focusing on 2-3 organizations an arc is the best way to do it while allowing the other groups to do their own thing in the background

Luffy is eventually going to have to face each emperor and admiral at least once even if it’s not all long drawn out fights like against kaido

The undergoing Han invasion actually puts into perspective what Chu is. Qin is sending a Qin 6 plus Shin and they're already on their way to take the capital. Or like Ten said, it could also have been Moubu instead of Tou (so Q6 Moubu plus Shin).

Moubu + Tou attack Juuko. Karin sends Hakurei and Kouyoku as reinforcements. Tou said that without Wei going in, this battle could have gone either way. Literally in this scenario Karin hadn't even come with her butt on the battlefield herself and without the Wei, Tou and Moubu could have potentially gotten stopped in that battle.

If Kouen conquered by himself such an enormous stretch of land, full of Great Generals like mosquitoes in Africa, as well maybe even the Bayue people...
