There is a reason why Kaido,Big Mom,Shiki and other top tiers wont reach 5B, since they aren´t PK lvl characters.
And Oda said it himself, if Akainu would be a pirate, he would take it within one year, something Linlin,Shanks and Kaido failed over 20years, Linlin and Kaido needed alliance to have a chance, Akainu has himself the potential to became a Pirateking.

The signs are pretty clear.

Shiki probably will because Oda portrayed him on Roger’s and Whitebeards tier but the others yeah clearly not.

Even if he reached 4B, it doesn't make Akainu 5B class truly cause Kuzan having 4B won't make him yonko level lol
We know he isn't. No Yonko needs help from their crews to beat a retired old fighter.

Kid and law have 3B are they equal or on same level as admirals or Luffy? No
Luffy is yonko level with 3B !
Admirals are admiral level with CG 3B
Kid and Law are low top tiers max

Having the same bounty range doesn't always mean you're on the same level

Ace 550M is worth YC level whike Oars 550M is vet tier at best

Akainu can have that 5B and it doesn't make him PK level sinve he has no title, hype, statement or even a skypkit moment that goes along with PK/Yonko level

You know this but you wanna be a fanboy

Sure.

Even if Aokiji as a subordinate had a bounty superior or similar to fucking emperors captains, it's nothing serious form Oda. It doesn't mean much. lol

I'll post my personal tier list again:
Primebeard, Roger, Sakazuki, Kaido, Prime Sengoku, Prime Garp, Shiki, Prime Kong, Rocks, Mihawk, maybe prime Big Mom, etc. - God Tiers of the verse
Shanks, Prime Rayleigh, Blackbeard, old Big Mom, possibly Issho, etc. - High top tiers of the verse
Kuzan Aramaki Kizaru - Mid top tiers
There's other people I could have put on there but I didn't feel like it
But you get the general idea
