I had a feeling the last chapter was going to be a montage chapter and open-ended. But leaving all of these open ended....damn I wanted something more concrete :catcry:

I’ll just focus on the fact that we saw Tendo and Lev.

The final arc was good for nostalgia and recalling previous scenes but honestly, I would of preferred it if Furudate put more focus on the ending of the Nationals in highschool before doing the timeskip. Then cut the Brazil arc shorter since that one I didn’t really care for much.

Regardless of the ending, this was a really good series. I’ve only been a fan for a short while but I love it and I’m so sad that it’s finished

Honestly if he knew he's going to finish at chapter 402 he should let at least Bokuto win the Nationals.

I don't know if you paid attention to this but actually no one from the Main cast ever won a tournament xD ( I'm not counting qualifiers ).
The only thing we know is that Itachiyama won Inter-High ( One of the two National level tournaments ). But we don't know if Sakusa was a starter or not.

I was hoping for an Olympics victory finale at least. It is shonen manga right?

I don't know maybe Furudate wanted to be different from the others shows too much that he actually never let his characters win anything xD?

Fukurodani's loss hurts me the most because they lost to a random team ( random team from our perspective, because no one weak plays on the Nationals ). If we only knew a few members from the opposite team to sympathize with them or something.

edit. Also, Karasuno's loss to Kamomedai completely don't make sense for me. I totally don't buy Kamomedai as a team.

There were a lot of things I didn't like and we can talk about them sometime in the future but I still loved this manga.

It is one of the greatest shows I ever watched.
Only Diamond no Ace beats Haikyuu in terms of the story and progression.
Both of the shows are super realistic.

I was hoping for Nationals arc in the JUMP Giga ( Monthly one ), but it seems Furudate is really done :/

Either way, Haikyuu was super fun.

Yeah you're right, I didn't think about that.

It's a bit weird that out of the people who went on to pro teams and Olympics from the "Monster Generation" , none of them were able to win a tournament in highschool. Then where are the people from the winner schools? None made it to a pro-team/olympics

Again, I hate Kamomedai. They're a boring team and Hoshiumi is a shit character. Crows >>>>>> ugly seagulls.

Fukurodani was snubbed of their win. It makes no sense to have them lose especially since there was already the progression between Akaashi and Bokuto with Bokuto realising that he can't always depend on his teammates to baby him. And there was also no focus on Fukurodani's reaction to the lost. So it was a waste in terms of character development and it was just making them lose for the sake of losing.

Well it's true most of the fandom is 13-16 years of people. Although recently I met some people who are a bit older than that and don't scream XD. But yeah it's mostly like that.

I was a part this discord which seemed interesting at first but uh idk people became weird and weirder and idk why a girl started hitting on me out of blue and things went pretty weird And I left.

My favourite characters... That's tough.....
But uh
Tsukki, Sakusa, ushijima, Akaashi, KUROO, bokuto, tendo, osamu, suna would be my favourites but like the rest are almost as good as these characters are...

I feel like that's how most of the discord I join goes minus the getting hit by a girl part.

I agree, it's hard to come up with a list because they're all great, our list is pretty similar

I like Bokuto, Akaashi, Atsumu, Oikawa, Ushijima, Tendo, Tsukki, Sakusa, Kita--- I'm going to stop myself before I name the whole cast. The only important characters that I didn't really care for were Kenma and Hoshiumi

well I consider oikawa to be a universal great king, greatest of all!!! XD but yeah our lists are almost same..

Atsumu and Osamu's quick was also really cool, didn't expect them to animate it into this episode already

The episode was fine.

Am I the only one who still can't get into the new animation style? ( new animation style started with the 1st episode of the 4th season ).

It did feel a bit too fast, didn’t expect to see the mimic quick in episode 1. I feel like the starting point of the episode was weird too. But eh, hopefully things will find their pace and I hope to god what @Seth told me won’t happen or I’m gonna be big mad.
