Oda really don’t care about diving deep into franky’s past lol. Hell him meeting den Tom’s brother was barely anything

When it comes to him and queen it’s funny to think they didn’t recognize each other due to how much they changed their bodies + name changes

He was supposed to get Queen's tech too ironically as Sanji of all people suggested. If only both of them knew what we know about Queen and Franky too....Oda you truly irony loving savage.

I'm still fucking mad that Franky fought Sasaki and nothing came up about Kokoro too. Franky has the Shogun form, there was that carpenter he met in Wano who had a twin who appeared earlier in the series, or well in a SBS at least, it felt like this was a gonna be a Franky arc, with Franky saying he was gonna build anti Kaido weapons in Zou somehow and with the Shogun form and his real name being Cutty, it felt like Franky might have importance and history in Wano somehow but ALAS!

King of Let Downs Odas is relentless in disappointing us and hyping us up for nothing, just a never ending list of broken promises and w hat could have beens.

Oda should have ditched that stupid on off switch power either have his flame be turned off by other factors (haki/water/soil like normal flames etc.), or just have his race have flame bursting powers while giving him awakening for the durability and regen

franky and queen never actually saw each other for the entire arc i think lol. the closest they got was sanji looking at queen's rapid fire laser and thinking "franky would think this is cool"

katakuri was always a funny character to me because of his age. he has a backstory and motivation and personality like he's in his late teens/early 20s where everything is still tied to his childhood and he loves his family and his imoutos and anikis and he's just starting to dress edgy and act out, but hes literally 48 years old. hes older than Jinbei and hes basically done nothing but sit around and eat donuts and protect his house.

Yeah that’s why people, myself included, make the basement dweller memes about him… because he’s literally a 50 year old man living in his mother’s basement obsessed with his little brothers and sisters.

And then traumatizes one of them because she was trying to help him. The character prior to his fight with Luffy made a lot more sense. Oda dropped the ball half way through.
