A quote from a what if that may be from a show or movie or not but I think it's true "Vader told her that the force was darkness, powerful light and powerful dark, and she sighed heavily telling him that his instructor had lead him astray "The force is not to be corrupted, not to be poisoned, it was the light of the galaxy, the bringer of life, through the force there is only the natural light, somrthing the jedi had forgotten, and something the sith had refused to believe"
It also mirrors a quote about spirituality, with two claims made, one claim that it is a fairy tale for those afraid of the dark, and one claim that the lack of it was a fairy tale for those afraid of the light,
I don't know that much about star wars when it comes with the mention of true sith but the way the imperial soldiers act and the way that the sith and his apprentice act is extremely disgusting,

And even in that evil lol they are afraid of the light side and the sith admits he is afraid because of experience,
Basically dark side users and the sith are not the same thing (confusing I know). The sith are a cult, the dark side is an aspect of the force. A member of the sith has unique secrets and techniques only passed down to them that give them knowledge and power. Dark side users are just force sensitive that draw power from rage and other negative emotions.
For example, throughout the clone wars tv show anakin skywalker uses the dark side of the force, but he doesn’t become a sith until episode 3 of the movies.
Well the thing is, Vader's weakness is always Obi-Wan, not because he's stronger in the force or a better duelist, but because he's almost always blinded by rage and mentally at his weakest when he's dueling him, while Obi-Wan is at his best.
Vader needed years to overcome this, A New Hope Vader could beat Obi-Wan comfortably because he finally overcame his mental barrier.
Yeah but at the end of the show Kenobi beats Vader (who in the CANON Disney comics neg diff’d Mustafar Anakin and Mace Windu in a weird force time vision thing).
And old Obi is stronger than any other version so it’s reasonable to conclude end of the show Obi is closer to that

But if its a vision can we take the feats for real? Well only comparing movies and TV show it still doesn't make sense how obi wan becomes that strong in force without training during the timeline of kenobi show.
