Does Trump care about the Ukraine? Hell no, but, Trump loves his ego, and saying he stopped Putin/the War in Ukraine would be a massive dick-stroking for his giant-ass ego.
Trump has no problem sucking Israel's dick since Biden can't use his mouth properly anymore. This is just a repeat of the Republican Party with Reagan and Carter, where they sabotaged hostage release deals with Iran, to make Carter look bad and help Reagan look better.
Israel knows Trump is a useful fool for them, who has no morals and is willing to do anything to make himself look good to his cult. The Democratic Party showing support for Gaza SERIOUSLY pissed the child-murderers in Israel off, and this is part of their retaliation against Biden's administration: make Biden look bad and Trump look great at the end of Biden's presidency. Expect Israel to publicly credit Trump for this, to twist the knife further into Biden's exit. Birds of a feather flock together.

The biggest issue with modern vaccines is that they cause a wide array of other health problems. Chicken Pox vaccines work when it comes to the disease itself, yeah, but if you look at actual data from countries that don't skew the results for rich people, vaccines weaken the overall immune system over time. I personally believe the technology, vaccination, can be used properly, and that it's being corrupted/misused by rich trash, but, at this point, we need serious scientific double-blind studies that prove the safety of modern vaccinations not just in the short term, but long term.
This is why the narrative about the RNA Covid Vaccine being "safe and tested" is such obnoxious BS, it was physically impossible to know the side-effects of the vaccine when it was created during the pandemic quickly and haphazardly... unless the disease and vaccine were being worked on well before the virus "leaked". Even the most trusted medicines can cause bad reactions in certain people. Modern vaccination narratives exist to make Big Pharma rich as fuck, there's no way they'd give us magic cure alls to diseases for free unless it caused other side effects they could then treat with the Medical Industry.
IMO the biggest issue with vaccination is acting like shitty Big Pharma protocols are better than living a healthy lifestyle.
-Eating non-processed foods raised with good intentions
-Getting exercise, sunlight and air
-Controlling vitamin and mineral intake and actually checking it at the doctor's
All of these things will improve your life 10x more than relying on drugs made by people who get fined routinely for lying about their drugs causing serious side effects, including in some cases DEATH.

If you can't see the shift in the international opinion following this genocide, I can't help you. Remember that the goal is for Israel to stop its colonization and appartheid on top of stopping killing people in Gaza.

I don't remember mentionning the genocide here. I was more reflecting on the abnegation of humanitarian and social services on place, but also the resistance of Palestinian who defied the apartheid regime by keeping hope while being exterminated.
