@Sir Yasheen Alright, impossible is too strong of a world. I'll just say highly unlikely.

First is the issue that Shamrock cannot be humiliated like a midtier arc villain or everyone I mentioned suffers hard.

Then there's the issue of who would be his boss big bad. Some Gorosei might come down or something but we already know if one goes, they all do, which would make the escape from Eggheadd also into a circus if they were just going to fight the Gorosei plus Shamrock half an arc later.

I mean it’s like the straw hats getting beaten by CP9 in W7 just to fight a significantly bigger CP9 force basically half an arc later.

Theres also the possibility of dragon actually doing something since he is connected to a lot of the characters here.

I think it’s too early for pranks to definitively be the big villain of the arc because idk Oda introducing him immediately entering the arc is weird for a big villain.

I remember people dimisnishing his feats because those two were recovering from a big beatdown and were seacuffed (which they weren't).

I don't remember people berating "genocide is good" admiral for the act itself of beating chained individuals, which would be the irony.

When the arc started, and we were first introduced to Loki I had a feeling he would be the "Princess" of this arc. He is going to need the Straw Hats to save him.
Looks like King Harald was capitulating to the WG and Loki wasn't going for that shit. Or Loki was there when the assassination of Harald happened and took the blame for it. Whatever happened the reveal should be exciting.

I still believe Shamrock will be the villain of Elbaf, I still highly doubt it will be Loki.

Unless Shamrock leaves Elbaf and there is no one else then I guess maybe Loki will end up being the main villain.

Shanks can still have ulterior intentions in mind for Luffy and getting the OP but Oda just couldn’t get his mind in making Shanks a full villain lol

None of my theories ever assumed he was a full villain lol.

Honestly i cant see it anymore, you look back on his actions this entire series and once you remove chapter 907 from it, it just makes things simpler.
