Yet they were active clearly during god valley

Conclusion - Oda planned them poorly

Frankly, I sometimes wish the story ended in Sabaody with a bad ending of Kizaru wiping the SHs off the map.
It would have been better than the shitshow this manga has turned into.

They only got cooked cause Zoro was nerfed by not one but TWO big bads, while already being nerfed prior. If Zori was healthy RIP Borsalino.

Yeah, tagging along with Shamrock would give some form of threat lvl.
I assume there are at least 9Holy Knights, adding over 10-20CP0 members, that is actually a strong force.
Still don´t know why the WG really needs the Shichibukai, having CP0 and Holy knights together with the Navy is enough to deal with any yonkou/pirate.

There is 20 duded that would've soloed the all of the warlords excluding Mihawk at the same time and you have to go back and reread parts where Sengoku is sweating how the balance of power changed because Moriah lost or the gorosei have to bust their ass to quickly find a replacement for a hakiless gear less Luffy victim.

The Holy knights weren't involved before because they never existed
Oda keeps making enemies stronger and adding shit to up the stakes but kinda ruins the story when you go back to read it
Why not dispatch just one of your 50 super strong dudes to deal with whatever happened at chapter 200 or whatever.

That is my problem with the 3 World Balance system...
Let be honest here, in the moment where all Gorosei got insane haki, got insane awakened zoans and immortal power, I know the whole balance mean jackshit. None Yonkou alone can even push the navy beyond low diff if we are honest here.

Navy

You can´t stop a force like that...
I mean if we say that the Gorosei stay behind and don´t act, having the Navy+Holy Knights+CP0 is all enough to deal with any Yonkou crew or Shichibukai.

Just look at Big Mom and Kaido, their inconsistencies in design before Oda finally found the final ones, in personality and Wano writing. They are proofs that Oda never had a clear plan and keeps making things up on the fly.
