Not quite. A lot of the amendmens were initially made vague to be open to interpretation for later societies. It's the main reason the 2nd Amendment and gun control is such a debated topic. The 1st Amendment is one fo the few that's set in stone, but they even find loopholes around that one.

I’m just saying it would be such a great disregard for the law and spirit of America that I think secession would be justified
Birthright citizenship has been law of the land for over 100 years. Countless Americans were granted citizenship this way.
If the GOP can take this down then it legitimately isn’t worth even trying to coexist in a country with them. Let them go create whatever country they desire, and the rest of us can uphold our America.
