I think the entire point of introducing Pranks is the issue of luffy not being able to attack him.

I have no problem with Loki having FS. Oda can give him whatever anility he wants , couldn't care in the slightest. He simply didn't use it because he is handcuffed with sea stone..

I think it just depends on if mihawks vivre card still holds true... the only reason i can see mihawk mentioning shanks is for zoro to have him in the back of his head as someone he needs to surpass to get to his throne... Obviously if this is the case oda just been holding this back until he ready to reveal that.
