This election was about the US choosing two options:

1. Be honest about our problems and actually try to fix them
2. Blame our problems on minorities rather than the people with money/power

I used to think ignorance was the problem, but I was wrong.

The problem is arrogance.

They are too arrogant to admit they're wrong. They hate the concept of being incorrect more than the reality of it. They'd rather change the definitions of words than admit they're wrong.

Their focus is so based on making the "other guys" look bad and "owning the libs" that they're sucking up to a rich man who supports apartheid politics doing a Nazi salute.

These people honestly believe they're "superior", and are willing to suck up to any con-artist who will tell them what they want to hear, same way the Germans did with the Aryan BS.
