Before these spoilers came out I was thinking where Shamrock is between Mihawk and Shanks. Because he wouldn't have shanks level haki, nor mihawks swordsmanship. And if he relied on a fruit then there wouldn't be as much agency for his haki to be that strong, because he's not just plain swordsman like zoro/oden/shanks/mihawk/roger/rayleigh etc etc.
But the devil fruit is infused in the fucking sword, and Cerberus has to be mythical. Will the 3 hound heads start shooting lasers out their jaws? flying canine slashes? Will they be coated in armament?

The reason everyone and their mother can react to lightning in One Piece is because Oda doesn't care. Light travels the planet seven times in a second and you got pre skip characters without CoO reacting to it, with Whitebeard holding a monologue about how bright it is while Kizaru fires lasers from mid range. Generally speaking, lightning and light is considered "fast", but Oda doesn't portray it as realistically as Kishimoto. So in a cross universe battle, speed to some extend would probably be equated.
(Real) Cerberus > (Fake) Red Hell Hound and Shamrock controls it. Lakazuki in the fuckin' mud again.

If Oda goes all the way with the inspiration, it means Mother Flame was made by the sun-harvesting civilization, Strawhat is a Laugh Tale access card, either Luffy's mother or someone from his lineage is waiting him there, and many other things that thematically fit Oda's writing.
