First world
- Theres a massive super continent where all the races live with each other but they are being enslaved
- the desire to be freed created Sun God Nika
- Nika freed most of the slaves but end up getting sealed in the end
- the supercontinent been split in multiple as aftermath of the first war

2nd world
- The remnants of the supercontinent emerge as Individual Kingdoms
- ancient Kingdom is the sole superpower of the 2nd world
- The 20 kingdoms allied with each other to dethrone the Ancient Kingdom

Reborn

Throughout Heaven & Earth,I alone am d Honored One
Okay so I think" the forest god sent forth demons" is a poetic way of talking about the creation of devil fruits
Meaning they didn't exist in the first world
They did
Nika was there

One piece is hitting so many symbolic references that it no longer feels like we are reading a manga lmao

Imagine thinking this guy isn’t as relevant as Luffy and Imu to the deep lore of the verse
Depends how much importance the evil side of the D. clan will get (previously Xebec, now Teach)
For now Imu is more important to the lore, especially since laughtale -> Mariejois is the obvious sequence of events.

However I'm still not convinced Teach is a simple fight for the pirate throne, there has to be something bigger than this.
1. Introduced since chapter ~220
2. Very similar to Luffy in character, both are dreamy & goofy
3. He's an evil D. opposed to Luffy
4. First recorded man to eat 2 devil fruits
5. Never slept in his life
6. "weird body" "they"
7. Heir to Xebec, Roger's strongest rival and the most heinous existance known to man.
8. Like Luffy he's constantly shunned by Oda, like getting low diffed by Magellan, running away from Akainu, kinda scared of Rayleigh, when eventually we all know he's going to surpass all legends. Basically the only villain to receive the usual Shonen mc treatment.
9. Wields the strongest (2nd?) devil fruit in the verse, one as special as the Nika fruit.
10. Scarred Luffy's role model and inspired his jolly roger
11. Captured Ace, already had beef with Luffy
12. Already anounced ambitions bigger than the pirate throne

Currently, imagining Teach as the final villain is as hard as thinking a random Imu can replace Teach, favoring @Blackbeard for now.

The summary made it feel like each head had three swords each so a total of 9 swords. Turns out there is one sword for each head. Anyway at this point if Shamrock is not a Zoro fight then I will be really disappointed. This does put a problem though of Zoro already having pretty much three confirmed fights in the form of Shiryu, Venus and Mihawk. Another fight with Sham means that either one of the three is sacrificed (which seems very unlikely) or we get multiple fights in same arc but the importance of one will be lower. @L57 @TheKnightOfTheSea I stand corrected, the mythic zoan awakened sword looks cool, I just hope Sham has ACoC along with it and can channel it through the sword.
