I loved when he neg-low diffed Law without Law being nerfed or hindered at all.. Oh wait, it was later said that Doffy was actively trying to get into Law's head to mess him up during the fight, and Law was already using his fruit frequently before the fight.
That's fine though. At least he stalemated G4 Luffy and was shown hurting him multiple times on panel... Oh wait, that was Cracker and Katakuri. Doflamingo never hurt G4 Luffy and end up getting molested in four hits.
But again, that's fine. At least he was portrayed as the second strongest Warlord... Oh wait, that's Hancock, Doflamingo never got any respect from a top tier and was even insulted by old Tsuru, Sengoku and Kaido to his face. Same Sengoku that turned around and said that Hancock is a very strong woman and he really wants her to participate in the war. Hm.
That's all okay though, Doflamingo still has very potent Haki and at least one type of Advanced Haki as well. Wait, no, that's Katakuri once again. Doflamingo's Armament was pierced by Law's sword and he barely had any feats with Observation or Conqueror's Haki.

Obviously, Oda is referring to Gabban being a "legend like Roger or Rayleigh" not that they are equally strong.
