Kizaru was never down. He was able to move to the food machine and bring back food for Luffy… how is that a close fight?

Already in the next arc of the manga, Zoro repelled several direct attacks from Luffy's twice-enhanced 3-gear (at that time Luffy's strongest attack) and withstood them, after which he fought with Kuma. With Oars, the giant is twice as big as usual, Luffy has the arm of an ordinary giant in 3-gear:kayneshrug:

Yes yet luffy still matched him when he was in G5.

And, as I said, it speaks more about kiz than luffy.

Where sanji fit in all of these? Nowhere

Where sanji fit in the fight against BM and Kaido? Nowhere

Sanji potential to be top tier close to Luffy is possible by the EoS but saying he's already close to luffy without having any portrayal or feat backing . ...this is nuts....

Sanji cannot give Luffy a tough fight if Luffy is remotely serious. Sure, if Luffy fights in base without ACoC then Sanji could push him to mid/high-diff (Luffy still wins handily w ACoA and FS), but if Luffy uses ACoC it becomes a straight-up shitstomp. Sanji gets bodybagged by even base ACoC Luffy.

It's a similar level of bodybagging if Luffy uses G5 without ACoC of course, and we don't even need to talk about G5 with ACoC. We don't even need to talk about G2/3/4 with ACoC - Luffy's CQC feats vs Kaido genuinely show that he can handily defeat Sanji in base. He totally outclasses him in CQC.

"Not even Roger could mid-diff Gaban" genuinely where are you guys pulling this from? Where on earth is this Gaban hype coming from lmfao like at least wait for some feats from the guy. We haven't even seen CoC from Gaban let alone ACoC, and if he doesn't have ACoC then Roger is definitely shitstomping him too.
