Yes and no, its his innate ability called aura synthesis. Its not a hatsu but he does basically get his preys aura+abilities+ makes them stronger ( as noted by Pouf and Youpis abilities being used better by him then they ever could).

The hint is in the name of the sword - Night.

Idk how that materializes in combat or what it actually is but I doubt that Mihawk will share the theme of any other Zoro fight.
Like zRyuma in pre-TS, he is Zoro's only pure swordsman fight in the post-TS. All others are augmented by something else.
