He does, but none of them really care that much. Only when you have Gen Z writing these stories will you have authors super obsessed with power scaling and we will see how that it goes(I don't think well really)

Oda doesnt care about powerscaling of the form you desire. He doesnt care about fights thats why they are cheapshots. Oda does not potray power through fights

Luffy is the man who beat kaido. In odas eyes, Luffy is stronger than kaido. Feat and luffy break counting does not exist in odas mind, such things are never brought up in the story

Tbh Dragon Kaido is pretty formidable in his own right. People don't realize that but it's true. He's just not that great for a 1v1.
Ngl, though, he did better than what is to this day Kizaru's best feat (kicking Snakeman Luffy through the barrier) when he ate Snakeman Luffy and launched him ALL THE WAY THROUGH ONIGASHIMA with a Boro Breath. And Luffy looked arguably worse than when Kizaru kicked him.
That's a nasty feat especially when it's coupled with him straight up tanking an OKG plus his own Boro Breath completely. They really don't make em like Kaido anymore.

Garp:
Lost to one nameless stab, didn‘t do any meaningful damage to anybody. Fought a one legged Kuzan who restricted himself to a fistfight and was repeatedly implied to be holding back.

Rayleigh:
Huffing and puffing after a 2 minute sparring. Fully admitted that he got lucky from Teach and Teach was at a disadvantage if he lets go of Boa. Law got jumped and actually had feats against BB unlike Rayleigh the reputation merchant.

The 100 hits dealt more accumulated damage but you gotta have to prove that Akainu was close to dying or being defeated in order for your argument to make sense - which we know isn't the case since he later easily dealt with the WBP.
