Nobody knows Ryuma outside of Wano. Where as everbody knows who Joyboy is. One is a legend for protecting Wano from a dragon and outsiders. The other is renowned all over the world for fighting the WG.

Mihawk has already admitted inferiority to WB and Roger.

The fleet admiral was cautious to send one of his admirals to Wano because he wasn't sure of the strength of the samurai. Not because he was concerned there were 2 Yonkos in Wano. Ryuma was the one who made the world fear the samurai. He stopped the world (pirates and the world government) from taking Wano's gold.

And? He said it was because of the strength of the Wano Samurai is unknown, not because he was scared of Ryuma beating the WG in the past.
No one in the WG has ever hyped up Ryuma specifically, nor do they seem to have some sort of grudge against the country(like they do towards the people of the D)

It’s not a take. It’s stated in the manga that Ryuma stopped the entire world government from invading wano

Pirates and world nobles are mentioned, but nothing inherently implies he fought every single one of the individuals in the group. In fact, frankly, it seems more likely that he fought the human hunter type celestial dragons, and not the Gorosei.

According to this guy, his most famous achievement is killing a dragon, not fighting 5 weird mythical creatures like spiders and boars

No where it is said that Imu and gorosei or even holy knights were ever dispatched to wano.

For that matter WG send CP0 if the chance came to retake wano during Kaido vs Luffy fight.

You are using head canon in saying ryuma fought gorosei or HKs.

Nobles lusting can simply send marines to try get wano under their control.

It's never been stated that Ryuma fought against all WG forces at the same time. It's only stated he fought against them and stopped them. It doesn't necessarily all forces at once.

But I do agree that Ryuma is not a Zoro parallel. He's a luffy parallel. Aside from looks Ryuma and Zoro have nothing in common. Zoro is never gonna be as strong as any of Luffy parallels.

Mihawk is not stronger than Ryuma. Zoro can't surpass Ryuma if his ceiling itself is not close to Ryuma
