Kizaru doesn't move at light speed and isn't the fastest character
Whenever he wants to move at lightspeed he needs to use that miror reflection thing he cannot do it any other way and he needs to turn his leg to light to kick at light speed so when he is fighting Ray with a sword and isn't light he is nothing close to the speed of light and a bunch of other characters might have better speed than him when it comes to 1 v 1 fighting

RS Sanji doesn't need invisibility or speed to defeat Page One. He can beat Page One in a brawl rather easily with CoA and DJ. Without DJ and CoA it would take longer.
