It's painfully obvious that Loki is his brother so I don't see why it's bad that his brother is just like him in terms of strength

Is sad to know that Loki at current time doesn't even have a target to rampage at and unleash his hatred. His mother died, his uncle probably died too. Even his father died, and yes his father sucks. So he will have to live with his traumas without getting any satisfaction of payback.
