3rd is someone who has skill in crafting basically and leader of certain group. I can see Yamato will take this spot because she's daughter of yonko and maybe she got her own squad in BP. And if she's wano citizen maybe she got that particular crafting skill. If Yamato take this spot then welcome Carrot or Vivi take 2nd spot by wildcard.
4th is someone who acted like a gentleman/nobel and has pervy tendencies. I can see Momo, Kinemon here. Bellamy is welcome too. Bon Clay is very welcome. Or maybe someone from Elbaf (not really digging that).

We can't be certain whether Yamato truly intends to join Luffy and the gang, since she is Kaido's kid, she could be playing the long con like Pudding, or more specifically, Kanjuro.

At this point I personally doubt that. He has gone to the point of betraying the BP's and announcing that fact. Not to mention, Kaido placed those cuffs on him, somehow Yamato anticipated Luffy arriving at Onigashima only to play an elaborate joke on him? Seems extremely out of place at this point especially with Yamato knowing about Oden, his diary, and Ace.
Just doesn't make sense about a betrayal. I'd more likely believe Carrot and Yamato were joining together than Carrot alone, if that makes any sense.
Something is sure for the future is that the Straw hats need new members. And after facing to YC crew in 2 arcs we saw that they need strong new members. Just like we saw in WCI if Zoro isn't there and Sanji occupied somewhere else they're in big difficulty. And if we think about futures fights against the BB apart from Luffy, Sanji, Zoro, Jinbei none of them have a chance. Most BB captains come from the 6th level of Impel Down and when we see who were imprisoned there we have a clear picture of their strength. And they seem to be well known and feared by the Marine way before they joined BB. The Straw Hats have two options now : Power-Up or Hiring more members. And from Carrots to Yamato or even Caribou the first thing Oda highlighted from them is their strength (Carrot avoiding Zoro blade, Yamato knocked Ulti and Caribou was introduced with a big prime making him a supernova). So I won't be surprised if they all join the SH at the end of Wano

Don't see why they would. Ulti seems pretty dedicated to Kaido. Pretty sure she said Kaido is a man going to be Pirate King. This is usually said by very loyal subordinates, like what Trebol said about Doflamingo. Don't get me wrong, Ulti is a fun character, but I don't see why she and Carrot would go together.
you are right on that regard, but I think wasting Ulti and Page One after this arc would be bad imo. Page One is like 10-15 years old and look at the strength he has, it seems clear to me he has really good potential and a character with such potential should not be wasted imo.
All of that makes total sense actually. I just think Vivi would definitely have to be at least as strong as the weak trio. She doesn't have to be a monster or even a mid tier, but considering she had no useful position on the ship when they escorted her to Alabasta, she has to find SOME other way to be of value if she's joining the crew as a full member. She'd just be dead weight otherwise.
Cannot see her on the same level with Nami, Chopper and Usopp at this point. Usopp has CoO and amazing sniping skills, while having potential to unlock even CoC. Nami is one of the best navigators and has Zeus on her arsenal (assuming she is going to retrieve it back in Wano), which makes her comparable to even veterans under right circumstances. Chopper is already a very skilled doctor with powerful forms, including monster point which he apparently controls better after FI arc too. Vivi, sadly, does not have that much fighting capability and skills that she can bring on the table. I like Vivi a lot, but this sadly is the case. She needs a power-up even more reliable than RS to be on the level of Weak Trio and she needs a specific role in the crew, which she did not have at that time.

I think she'll retrieve Zeus plus Prome... I believe the key would be Nami has to become fearless against BM since the latter's DF relies with another person's fear to take effect...
