Going by what Gaban demonstrated, Sanji is set to get:
+ Future Sight.
+ CoC Coating.
+ Whatever CoC application that counter immortality.
That last appears to be set in stone for Sanji to defeat the HK, the first two though not that guaranteed but I'll be happy if he gets either one of them.
Personally I'm looking forward more to what direction Oda is going to take on the PoL stuff for Sanji.
My guess is a special fire either black, pink or combination of the two, with some kind of attribute like for example exploding, distingrating or mental/emotional damage, etc...

Green Bull is going to be Sanji's admiral fight imo.

Fighting a HK, he'll see a future where Nami or some other girl getting hurt, mirroring Gaban with his son, and that will be the catalyst for him to unlock CoC. It's also a call back to Wano when he failed to sense that geisha getting hurt by Queen but this time he'll succeed and stop it in time.

Does anyone expect Sanji to fight only 1 Admiral? I've always expected it to be multiple.
Aramaki is not all that interesting of an opponent for Sanji, I see him possibly getting hypetooled by Dragon.
It's possible he unlocks CoC and FV at the same versus Sommers.
That would be my preference.
