So few people in army insulted Roger's crew and Roger end up destroying the entire army.

Its like....actually not convoluted at all lmao. Clearly Dragon replaced one of the devil fruit prize chests (probably the Wind Logia he ate) and placed Shanks in that chest. Like hard to see this at all

Yep, Lulusia and God Valley are where Davy Jones Locker is: knocked down to the Ocean's bottom by Uranus.
I think Shanks' has been deep underground on Blue Planet.
It is possible some small bits of the island survived, though. If God Valley does still exist on the surface, I think it would be a Jaya situation where a good deal of it is gone.

The strawhats destroyed the Beast pirates army yet as far as we know, almost everyone in the beast pirates the strawhats fought is still alive, including Kaido. So you can in fact “destroy an army” without killing everyone.
