Fully customizable bench press machine + Lat. pulldown machine + back extension machine+ abdominal crunch equipment + Treadmill machine and Bicycle machine for cardio + 6 dumbbells that can be adjusted together to form a Bar.
firstly, I used the storage room but now I completely shifted to my garage cuz of ventilation and extra space.

It’s amazing what you can do with a single barbell, maybe 2 10kg plates and a couple 20kg plates, even without a rack or bench

Since i stopped kickboxing and went full in on lifting, i've been getting better gains.
Noticeable difference in legs and Chest in a few short weeks . Been doing ab exercises more as well and can feel a difference.
Arms and shoulders need some more focus tho. The plan was to go back to martial arts but if lifting is giving me such results while being less taxing in time and mental energy i'm not sure i'll do that so soon.
We'll see.

I'm always getting "addicted" to the gym for a few months and then dropping it for a few years.
Lately I'm struggling to get "addicted" to the gym once again. Being like over 2 years since I was regularly going and since then I just went once in a week, once in a month, sometimes not even that.
What I'm feeling to struggle by being a bit more consistent is to have my body adapted to the gym routine. I was younger of course, I used to hit the gym everyday and feel fine about it. Doing full body workout so I don't overuse any muscle. But I'm still young just hit 30 the other day. But I go to the gym one day and need a whole week of rest before going again and I'm not even working out hard, when I do I need 2 weeks. Not because of muscles but because of tendons and ligaments. I'm sure if I force myself and don't respect this rest period I will end up breaking it.
As I told before I'm always coming and leaving gym so I'm used to this slow coming back but for some reason it feels different now. I can't believe could be age as I'm still young my body couldn't have changed so much and so much people much older can start hitting the gym and not struggle the same I do?
