No regret, yet, every regret.
How much equipment you got?
I would like a home gym too but don't think i can afford the equipment or have the space yet.
Fully customizable bench press machine + Lat. pulldown machine + back extension machine+ abdominal crunch equipment + Treadmill machine and Bicycle machine for cardio + 6 dumbbells that can be adjusted together to form a Bar.

firstly, I used the storage room but now I completely shifted to my garage cuz of ventilation and extra space.
Having a home gym is a life changer, trust me.

Sounds great
You have pretty much everything covered. I would definitely like to do that as well when i can.

It’s amazing what you can do with a single barbell, maybe 2 10kg plates and a couple 20kg plates, even without a rack or bench
Zercher squats
Barbell hack squats
Deadlifts
Romanian deadlifts
Lunges
Glute bridges
Barbell rows
Upright rows
Overhead press
Cleans
Floor bench press
Landmine twists
Barbell curls
Overhead triceps extension

And much more

Add a pullup bar and you’re basically set for building your dream physique @Bullet @Ali v2

"… Ouma, you’re “strong.” Now, I haven’t seen every one in the world. And there might be someone even stronger than you out there for all I know. But to me, you’re the “strongest.” You never give up in the face of adversity … you’ve taught me that true strength is more than just physical strength! I could change myself because of you. And I’m so ashamed that I haven’t done anything to repay you … "

"… I had it all wrong. I thought that being “strong” meant being “invincible” … That it meant being “immortal,” powerful enough to shrug off any and all attacks … But the truth is that he’s already accumulated damage beyond his own limits. There’s not a single inch of his body that’s unharmed. He’s as far from healthy as he can get. But Ouma’s not giving up the fight. "

Since i stopped kickboxing and went full in on lifting, i've been getting better gains.
Noticeable difference in legs and Chest in a few short weeks . Been doing ab exercises more as well and can feel a difference.
Arms and shoulders need some more focus tho. The plan was to go back to martial arts but if lifting is giving me such results while being less taxing in time and mental energy i'm not sure i'll do that so soon.
We'll see.

Appreciate it. It wasn't easy but it's worth it.
If anyone is overweight and is thinking about losing it, start.
You don't have any idea what you are missing. Life gets so much better. So many things you are missing out on.

Yeah I agree about not being overweight

But wow I haven't heard of leg raises

I think l-sits are pretty much perfect but I'm going to look into it, thank you very much
