General Health and Fitness thread

If knees pain is a chronic issue, I imagine that running and roadwork might be a real pain.
I have a meniscus tear in my right knee that i've been told doesn't need surgery and will probably heal on its own but other than that i was told that i have this condition that i forgot the name of (hyper something the doctor said iirc)
Apparently my knees are a bit more loose and more likely to move and get injured so i've been told to not stand up for too long, wear a specific kind of shoes and focus on strengthening the legs.
I run a lot less than i used too and don't do leg press, hack squats etc.. that i used to do since they do hurt my knees.
I can feel my knees move if i throw a kick sometimes so i'm trying to be more careful.

Jumping back into the gym and got that skinny muscle tone. Really trying to do 3-4 days a week targeting different areas of course.

It’s mostly the diet intake I gotta get better at. Really it’s about programming a new habit for yourself to commit.

Hyper mobility?

Great work, how are abs looking
The top 4 became more defined. The bottom 2 still are covered by subcutaneous fat though i can feel that layer shrinking week to week. My Quads & Hamstrings have become more defined & i'm starting to see vascularity in my forearms even when i'm not pumped.

On the other hand, its becoming harder to progress with the lifts lol. I guess it's only gonna get worse when i enter 8-10% bf range.

You’ll have to find the sweet spot, below 8% bf is 100% a castrating level lol
Abs are a good measure but they’re not everything, now that bf% is within good range, doing actual abs work will help give that thickness you want

Yeah. I'm gonna cut for the next two months but I'm planning on going on a dedicated 6-8 month bulk during the next year.

One thing though, I've been noticing my body water% shooting up from 60 to 62/63 % as i cut down from 15 to 12. Is that normal? Or am i holding more water than usual? Should i reduce my salt intake?

Hmm, that layer of fat in your lower abdominals might actually be water
Give it a pinch and shake it, do you feel a ripple
You can cut down on salt and or drink more water

Yeah, I do feel a ripple while i shake it though I can still grab on to something solid beneath the skin. Feels like subcutaneous fat underneath the extra bit of skin which is slowly becoming shrivelled from the outside.
