It’s probably one of those cases of Oda changing the story after everyone predicts what will happen. Carrot getting her revenge on Pero was too obvious, so Oda decided to have her lose and accomplish nothing in Wano, pull an “Arya kills the Night King” by having Neko come in out of nowhere (somehow able to fight again after receiving just basic first aid from Hiyori) and take out Pero, and then make Carrot the new Duke because reasons

You believed that Sanji was stronger than Yamato who has advcoc and awakening, while now you are crying with joy over a few small black lightning bolts from Gaban. If we are to argue based on your fandom's opinions, we should believe that King is stronger than Gaban.
