Well people who are fans of fights like G2 vs Blueno have a reason to say this animation isn't good.

Impact and fluidity will always beat auras and exploding cubes. Notice how Zoro's shishi sonson on Kuma felt both faster and more impactful than whatever this was, despite the fact that Zoro is supposed to be 1000x stronger than back then.

I used to be too critical about this and other stuff
But man even oda don't care about design a fight, there's no rule , so the studio can do whatever they like and now its age of colors lol.
I enjoyed king vs zolo in anime .ore than the manga especially the last part even it doesn't make sense. Lol
