The problem in this discussion is that some people assume that every straw hat is getting a 1v1. This has never been the case, Nami fought no one in Arlong park, Chopper and Ussop fought together in Alabasta. Ussop and Robin didn't get dedicated 1v1 fights in Ennies Lobby. In Thriller Bark, most straw hats didn't get 1v1 fights. Fishman Island we had some 1v1s and 2v1s. In Wano, Chopper, Brook, Ussop and Nami didn't get proper fights, while Jack was taken out by a non straw hat because of a personal conflict they had.
So we can't ignore the highly probable scenario of some straw hats not getting 1v1s. I can easily see Brook and Chopper teaming up against Doc Q and Stronger while Koby fights Pizzaro to free Garp, the one who was reprimanded by Teach when Koby and the other prisoners escaped. Remember, Koby wanted to free Zoro so he could uphold "real justice". Fighting a tyrannical King who can transform into mountain sized parts so he can free his teacher (known for punching mountains to dust as a form of training) from unjust imprisonment is not a ridiculous idea at all. In fact, it makes the most sense for his character. Far more likely than him defeating Kuzan, let's be honest.
In Sanji's case, he'll be focused on saving Pudding, who'll most likely be held by the Demon Sherriff, trying to hypnotize her, so she can serve Teach's purpose, something she'd never do willingly. The people reducing it to, "they're both navigators"( occupation based matchups have never been a thing) or "Brook and Laffite look similar" are the ones that are prioritizing style over substance and only looking at things on a surface level.
