Well, they either fought for that long or they settled their differences within that time. Either way, i doubt the fight lasted too long given you'd expect a huge commotion about the fight and its longevity and the destruction and collateral caused by that

The fact that Killer and Kid (the failure versions of Zoro and Luffy) fought Kaido means Zoro taking part in the fight against Kaido has higher chances now. Especially now that he has accepted Enma and doesn’t have to worry about it going to Momonosuke

I don't see him touching him at all as no way he be at Oden's lvl or surpassed him in one arc. That be too much on how Oda develops them power ups especially against Yonko.
