The point of Cross Guild bounties isn’t actually to destroy the Navy, the point of Cross Guild bounties is to destroy the trust between citizens and Marines. They aren’t putting a bounty on Jango because they actually want to kill him, they are putting bounty on Jango to help damage that trust.

So it would make no sense to put that low of a bounty on Jango if that’s their goal. You would want to put as high of a bounty on Jango as possible to encourage someone to actually take him out. Lol

Well Pirate King with his crew territories knowledge is given 5.5 Billion.

So his strength alone is worth maybe 3 Billion.

That's what makes Mihawks bounty so insane. It is all strength and nothing but strength.

Have been saying this ever since.

After the Garp business, Kuzan's bounty could very well be above 4B. Imho, the bare minimun Is 3.793 (Goroawase) anyway.

Me personally I would give Kuzan a bounty over 4 billion and justify it with the intimate knowledge Kuzan has of the World Government, something no other pirate or criminal really has.

Plus yall have to consider that the WG may directly credit Kuzan with Garp’s capture, and if that happens you can be sure Kuzan’s bounty will be ridiculous.
